Co-Founder:
Iyosayi is a certified, visionary Global Product Portfolio Lead with 10+ years of experience in the Consulting industry. He leads multi-functional teams to deliver technology-driven products for multi-national organisations and their global end-users. Iyosayi started his professional journey as a regional Technology Consultant at Capgemini. He later evolved into Product Management and has since worked at a global level for two of the big four accountancy firms. Leveraging cross-sector experience, a human-centered approach and professional accreditations for Business Analysis, Product Ownership and Management, he has successfully spearheaded the delivery of future-focused capabilities for some of the world’s largest conglomerates and renowned brands - including Goldman Sachs, BP, Apple and McDonalds. Today, he holds a strategic role as an Associate Director at EY, where he oversees the delivery of technology-driven solutions specific to the Tax domain.

Sarah-Louise is a seasoned communications leader with over 9-years' experience in managing teams to deliver impactful communications and engagement moments that make a difference. Through her work, she makes the complex simple, the dull engaging and the messaging meaningful for clients journeying large-scale, complex and global change. Sarah-Louise started her career in technology, working for multinational entertainment and media company, The Walt Disney Company, before quickly pivoting to pursue her passion for people and communications at KPMG - one of the largest professional services firms in the world. She now works as a Manager in a specialist communications and engagement team at EY, defining strategies, building brands and developing stories that help make technology-driven transformations sexy for people across the globe. Sarah-Louise has supported some of the UK’s biggest government and infrastructure programmes and led global executive leadership communications for several private sector conglomerates. Since working on a smaller project for a UK-based social enterprise, Sarah-Louise has a new found interest in putting her skills to use locally. She is passionate about leveraging her Corporate Communications experience, together with her first class-honours degree and in-flight MBA, to help others build their personal brand through exemplary and effective copywriting and storytelling.
