1. Eligibility for Refunds:

   • All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the service provided does not meet the specifications outlined in the chosen package. For bespoke requests, requirements will be outlined prior to sale.

   • Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of receiving the final document.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

   • Refunds are not applicable for subjective dissatisfaction with writing style after the agreed scope of work has been completed.

   • Any edits requested and fulfilled after project completion will not qualify for refunds.

3. Resolution Process:

   • Clients are encouraged to communicate their concerns directly with our team by emailing us at info@reachunlocked.com.

 

Career Coaching Services

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty with 48 hours or more notice.

   • Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full. Should you wish to reschedule after this time, you will be required to purchase a single session independent of your package.

2. Refund Policy:​

   • All sales are final. No refunds are provided for individual sessions or partially used packages.

3. Rescheduling:

   • Clients are permitted one free rescheduling per session if the request is made in writing via info@reachunlocked.com, more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

   • Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

2. Limitations:

   • Refunds are only applicable to services purchased directly through REACH.

   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
